Audit log
Who changed what in your workspace, and when.
Who changed what
The audit log records the changes that matter in a workspace, who made each one and when. No one can edit an entry.
Admins and the owner read it in Settings, under Audit log. Your plan decides whether you have it; see Plan.
What it records

member.invited | Someone was invited to the workspace. |
member.joined | Someone joined, at sign-up or from an invitation. |
member.role_changed | A member's role changed, including by an ownership transfer. |
member.removed | A member was removed, or left. |
workspace.plan_changed | The workspace moved to another plan. |
business_profile.created | A business profile draft was created. |
business_profile.updated | Business criteria were saved as a draft. |
business_profile.published | An immutable version of business criteria was published. |
business_profile.archived | A business profile was archived. |
business_profile.restored | A profile was restored without enabling monitoring. |
business_profile.deleted | A business profile was deleted, with its leads and history. |
account_grant.created | An owner granted workspace access to an account. |
account_grant.updated | Account access details were updated. |
account_grant.suspended | Workspace use of an account was suspended. |
account_grant.revoked | Workspace access to an account was revoked. |
account_grant.restored | An owner restored workspace account access. |
facebook_account.connected | An owned account completed connection checks. |
facebook_account.paused | An owner paused their account. |
facebook_account.recovered | An account completed a recovery check. |
facebook_account.disconnected | An owner disconnected their account. |
group_source.created | An owner added a group. |
group_source.updated | An owner paused, resumed, archived or restored a group. |
group_source.inspection_requested | An owner requested a group check. |
group_source.inspected | A group access check completed. |
group_source.deleted | A group was deleted, with its posts and leads. |
source_audience.created | A new group was kept to its owner alone. |
source_audience.updated | The people who can see a group changed. |
group_join.created | An owner prepared a group join request. |
group_join.authorized | An owner approved the exact join form and answers. |
group_join.cancelled | An owner stopped further join submission. |
group_join.reconciliation_requested | An owner requested a join status check. |
group_join.outcome_observed | A check recorded the observed join outcome. |
group_discovery.started | An owner started finding and joining groups with their account. |
group_discovery.finished | A group search ended, with the groups it joined added as sources. |
monitor_subscription.created | Monitoring a group for a business profile was turned on. |
monitor_subscription.updated | Monitoring a group was paused, turned back on or stopped, by hand or by archiving its profile. |
lead.status_changed | Someone marked a lead as contacted, dismissed or archived it, or reopened it. |
lead.assigned | A lead was assigned or unassigned, including when its assignee became a viewer or left its group. |
lead.review_resolved | Someone confirmed a lead after review, or rejected it as not relevant. |
Each entry names who acted: a person, or the system itself.

The newest entries come first. Filter by event, by who acted or by date to narrow the list.
