Plan
What each plan includes, and how to change it.
One plan per workspace
Every workspace has a plan, and every workspace starts on the free one. The plan sets how many seats the workspace can have, and which features it has.

A seat is a member or an open invitation.
Change your plan
Only the owner can change the plan, in Settings, under Billing. See the prices on Pricing. Enterprise is arranged by contract: email support@groupleads.test.
Each change of plan is recorded in the audit log.
At a limit
When the workspace is at a limit, an action that would go past it is refused, and the message names the plan that lifts the limit.
