Workspace

Your team's home

A workspace holds your team's members, business profiles, groups and plan. You see only the workspaces you belong to, and you can belong to several.

Signing up creates your first workspace, with you as its owner. You can create more whenever you need them, and switch between them in the app.

Settings

An admin or the owner can rename the workspace in Settings. Only the owner can transfer ownership to another member or delete the workspace. What everyone else can do depends on their role; see Member.

Deleting a workspace removes its business profiles, its groups, its members' access and its audit log for good.

Plans

Each workspace has its own plan, which sets how many seats it can have and which features it has. See Plan.
