Alerts about your leads

Notifications shows you an alert when a lead is found in a group shared with you, and when a teammate assigns a lead to you. Opening an alert takes you to the lead and marks the alert read. Reading an alert doesn't change the lead.

A lead that waits for review sends no alert. You'll find it under Needs review in Leads.

Who gets them

An alert goes only to the people a lead's group is shared with. If someone stops seeing the group, its alerts leave their list, and any email not sent yet is called off. See Group.

Email

Email is off until you turn it on, for each workspace on its own, in the settings on Notifications: an email for each new lead, and one when a lead is assigned to you. An email says only that there's a lead, with a link to it. It never includes the post, the group or who wrote it. Emails need a confirmed email address.

Your Facebook accounts

When one of your Facebook accounts needs you to sign in again, complete a check Facebook asked for, or wait out a restriction, a notice shows at the top of Notifications in every workspace you're in. Only you see it, and it's marked resolved once the account works again. See Facebook account.
