Business profile
What you offer, where, and the requests you want.
What you want to find
A business profile describes one line of your business: what you offer, where you work and which requests are worth your time. Posts in your groups are judged against it, so the clearer it is, the better the leads.
Create one in Business profiles with New profile. A workspace can hold several, one for each service or brand you run.
What a profile holds
- What you offer and your services: the work you want, in your customers' words.
- Service area: the countries and places you cover, and what to do with a post that names no place.
- Languages: which posts to consider.
- Matching guidance: examples of useful requests, poor fits, and anything to always exclude.
Drafts and published versions
Changes save as a draft first. Publishing a draft makes it the version in use, and every published version is kept, so you can see what changed and when.
Archive a profile you no longer need; you can restore it from the Archived tab. Who can create and edit profiles depends on their role; see Member.
