A person in your workspace, with a role.
A person with a role
A member is a person with access to a workspace. Each member has one role, and each role can do everything the role below it can.
| Role | What it can do |
|---|---|
| owner | Everything an admin can, plus billing and deleting the workspace. |
| admin | Everything a member can, plus people, business profiles and settings. |
| member | Can connect Facebook accounts, add groups and work leads. |
| viewer | Can view the workspace, its profiles, groups and leads. |
Invite people
Admins and the owner invite people by email and choose their role. The email links to a page where they join, with the account they have or a new one.
An open invitation holds a seat. You can send it again or revoke it until it is accepted.
Change a role, or leave
An admin can change a member's role or remove them, up to their own role. Ownership moves only by transfer: the owner hands the workspace to another member and becomes an admin.
Anyone can leave a workspace except its owner, who transfers ownership first. Invitations, joins, role changes and removals are all recorded in the audit log.
